Do not uninstall the extension while troubleshooting

Uninstalling the extension may also remove the OnePage Tabs database in your current Chrome profile. If the library still opens, export a OnePage JSON backup before making changes.

Common tasks

01

Save the current window

  1. Pin OnePage Tabs to the Chrome toolbar.
  2. Click the extension icon.
  3. Wait for the library to open and show the result.
  4. If some tabs could not be saved or closed, follow the visible message instead of clicking repeatedly.
02

Restore saved tabs

  • Select a tab title to restore that tab.
  • Use the group action to restore the whole group.
  • For a large group, restore in the batches shown by the interface.
  • Items that fail to open stay in the saved list.
03

Create an external backup

  1. Open the OnePage Tabs library.
  2. Go to Import & Export.
  3. Export a OnePage JSON file.
  4. Save the file somewhere you trust.

The trash and local rollback records do not replace an external export.

04

Import from OneTab

  1. Export a text list from OneTab.
  2. Open Import & Export in OnePage Tabs.
  3. Choose the text file or paste the exported text.
  4. Review the validation result, then confirm the import.
05

A reminder did not appear

  • Check whether Chrome allows OnePage Tabs to show system notifications.
  • Chrome cannot show an on-time reminder while the browser or device is off. A local catch-up check runs after Chrome resumes.
  • Due items remain in the Continue Now area even when system notifications are unavailable.
  • A reminder never restores or opens a web page automatically.
